Banana Bread

- bananas (2)
- butter (1/2 cup)
- salt (1/2 tsp)
- sugar (3/4 cup)
- eggs (2)
- lemon juice (1 1/4 tsp)
- baking soda (1 tsp)
- flour (2 cups)
- nuts (1/2 cup)
Cream butter, sugar, salt. Add eggs. Beat well. Add bananas, lemon juice, flour. Mix well. Add soda and fold in nuts. Bake one hour. 350 degrees.
