Beef Burgundy

- consomme (1 can)
- V-8 juice (1 cup)
- burgundy wine (1 cup)
- brown sugar (¼ cup)
- onion soup (1 can)
- garlic powder (¼ tsp)
- celery salt (½ tsp)
- cornstarch (3 tablespoons)
- beef cubes (as needed)
Mix above ingredients. Let simmer for at least ½ hour. Thicken with cornstarch. Cut up beef cubes and add. Serve this over rice or noodles.
